Realign your relationship with food, and forge powerful, graceful connections with the beauty of eating – that’s “High Vibrational Eating.”

Learning to break the patterns you may be holding onto will reveal a fresh and light mindset towards the way you connect with fueling your body.

Join us on Tuesday, April 27 from 6 – 7p for our next Mind Body Spirit Event with Cat Dillon, Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Susan O’Connor, Certified Wellness Ayurvedic Coach who will facilitate a discussion around the microbiome and eating to create balance.

We will explore what might be out of balance in your body and learn how to nourish your whole self using a color-coded, science-based paradigm.  We’ll embrace energetic thinking without shortchanging science and discover more about your relationship with food through the lens of the 7 Aspects of Health, your chakras, your doshas and your gut biome.
